Basra University organizes a seminar entitled " minorities in Iraq and their role in building social peace”

The women's Affairs Unit at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Basra organized a scientific seminar entitled “minorities in Iraq and their role in building social peace”, within the framework of awareness-raising and cultural activities that contribute to promoting the values of peaceful coexistence and respect for societal diversity.
The seminar aims to highlight the importance of behavioral awareness and the limits of mutual respect, and to explain the role of students in protecting themselves and society, in a way that promotes a culture of tolerance and social peace inside and outside the university environment.
The seminar included lectures by M.God's good deeds and blessings.Mr. Ayed Abdali and Mr.Abdul Hussein Daoud followed up, where she addressed several topics, most notably the concept of respect and the limits of human interaction, the role of the individual in preserving his dignity and protecting the social fabric, in addition to emphasizing the responsibility of university youth in consolidating the principles of coexistence and understanding between the various components of Iraqi society.
