A master's thesis at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Basra discussed "the aesthetics of randomness in contemporary world ceramics"
The thesis presented by the researcher (Amira Majid Jalil) aims to identify the aesthetic of randomness in contemporary world ceramics.
The thesis included the topic of studying random aesthetics in Contemporary Ceramic Works, which can be considered as a kind of renovation and cognitive, aesthetic and conceptual addition to the aesthetic field in art.
The thesis concluded that the nature of randomness in contemporary international ceramics contributes to the adoption of direct or indirect narrative approaches, through the activation of various narrative elements such as Idea, event, topic, time or place.
